The memory card is 256 Mb and has room for your game saves and profile.
The card could store 1 or 2 download games as well (Depending on the game as some of the arcade games are getting much bigger).
The cons with the arcade are limited storage, no headset, no network cable (but has network plug), no HD video cable, and you cannot play any original Xbox games on it.
If you can find a 20 Gb that is a better deal.
