I agree from an end user perspective (spin-offs, sequels. and remakes); I disagree from a development perspective (different console architecture). If I were the big 3, I would make all their consoles last longer--360 has HDD--more DL-only titles, XNA dev; PS3 has BR and customizable HDD--long life dev-wise; Wii has the niche thing going on with motion controls that can appeal to base for a LONG time.


Overall, this is what happens when you have a PC in a box (devs want to make more money along with greedy publishers and compete) while in the 90s PC was big, new IP was big, etc. Consoles are like the interstate--u have more on it and everything is rushed. PC dev is like a rural route--meet nice ppl and have a fresh outlook on things.
