I like your number one, though it's more like a number 3 for me now, with:
No 2 - Snake VS Liquid Ocelot (MGS4) and
No 1 - The Debriefing (MGS4).
Also i think Nero's awakening (DMC4) and the ending in FF8 should be runner ups ^_^
