Got a few hours on this game now (like 4), so far very good. The few things I've noticed already:
-Game has the usual awesome artistic eye candy that SMT games usually have.
-The anime clips and movies are well done.
-Good voice acting, a lot better than I expected and better vocal localization than almost all Japanese games.
-Combat system is really easy to get into, but you can tell how deep it's gonna get later. The system of finding, and mixing together personas and stuff I've only seen little of but I am liking it already.
-Good story, pretty good characters. The whole setting and the social life parts of the game are very refreshing and make the experience a lot less repetitive.
- The music in this game is phenomenal and extremely original. It's a great and weird mix of modern music genres and it's a huge change from other RPGs and games in general. Everything from pop to R&B to hip hop to techno is part of the music and I've liked everything I've heard so far to varying degrees.
-I am really liking the game, definitely a great experience so far. I'm actually considering playing the soundtrack that came with the game in my car which is a testament to how interesting and eclectic I found it.
