I am ok with that. What happens then, when do to behavior, all that they ever check are brown people?

That will never happen. There are enough prospective terrorists from specifically North Africa, certain segments of East Africa and West Africa, and Asia that we will never check solely "brown" people. Even if this were to occur, we could be certain that we used methods that target people for their actions and not their looks.
