Think about this way, LBP has a 6.2 for almost 4000 votes. Why do they need to reset the scores? With 4000 votes, Gears 2 was at 3.2! 6.2 is like a minority of xbox fanboys doing the negative ratings, while a 3.2 is the huge majority of sony fanboys that are rating the games, and we're talking about 4000 votes BEFORE the game was even released. This is no metacritic hating one console over the other.
