Sephi fights shirtless with one wing... Kefka is like an evil Kafka, who fights you in the nude with two wings. Crazy evil.
Now that is scary. I think people only say Sephiroth, because they don't know his roots. Sephiroth gets his power and evil from genetics. Kefka was bad upbringing, he scratched and clawed his way to the top.
Stuff that in you oversized Moogle Mech and smoke it.
(EDIT: Plus Kefka didn't need an asteroid to kill billions of people... he did by moving a statue. A STATUE!!!!!1!!!11!)
