L4D not coming to the PS3?

its not up2 valve, recently valve said EA are inteested in doing a ps3 version.

if L4D proves a hit then ps3 version will surely be on its way but it wont be handled by valve

 

If it's not up to Valve then who makes the final call? 

Since it's their property, if they say no port then that's it, no matter how much EA may want to do one.
