Guess your using a router if your getting that message.
1)Give your 360 a static IP address (most routers uses a format like 192.168.0.xxx put 130 in place of the xxx or whatever you like.)
2)Then in your router settings put that IP address as the DMZ
Your all set, it will say open instead of strict now.
