M$ is just moving in for the kill...they are going to punish the board members who didn't force Yang to accept the deal. It was EXTREMELY stupid of Yang to have not taken an amazing offer from M$, now, he and the shareholders will be lucky to get 1/3 of that offer...pitiful!
