I usually do not weigh in on opinion lists. The reality is that different players have different tastes, and no two lists will be identical. Often enough they will not even be close depending on how different the tastes are.

However I second the first criticism that no title in the Zelda series belongs on that list. The series is an action adventure series, and no title in the series has anything remotely definable as leveling. Collecting heart containers or having a rarely seen magic bar does not constitute leveling. Both are increased through collection of items, or arrival at a location. Neither comes from accumulating experience.

Further more World of Warcraft should not be included within this list either. This is a massive title which means it is a persistent service. That means the game is in perpetual fluctuation. Whether you like the game or not when the servers are down the game is by default a zero, because it is quite obviously not playable. You can hardly compare a movie with television in general. One is a service and one is a specific. these titles are only qualifiable in respect to one another.

Technically these titles are never actually finished they are a work in progress. When one discusses one of these titles seriously they often must refer to a iteration of the game. A specific point in time during the games lifetime. The rule sets are always in fluctuation. You really cannot fix these titles with a set value. I have played these games for years. At times I was highly impressed with them, but when changes occurred that I disliked my estimation of them would take a terrible hit. Can you have a game that is both a plus ninety, and a meager ten.

The true irony about World of Warcraft is that it enjoys the same fate as all MMORPG titles. The game is destined to be the worst game on the market. Eventually the title will become tired, and most gamers will abandon the title except for a few fanatical loyalists that are content to go down with the ship. The developers will then perform radical surgery to try and draw gamers back in by appealing to their basest instincts. They will mangle and mutilate the title, break covenant with their loyal players, and in the end the last to play the game will be the most bitter of haters. Why does this happen well unlike a television serious or a movie series there is no incentive to stop at the top. There is only incentive to bleed every cent possible out of the title before it is killed off.
