How do you deal with stress when playing video games?

This happened to me when I was trying to kill the last boss(Sin) while playing Final Fantasy X.... I went into instant rage after about 20 tries and screamed VERY loud . I was 11 and I played that game in 2002. I eventually beat the boss though.
