Hmmm, I know it was pointed out they are different genres but that is exactly why this thread has me scratching my head as to it's relevance unless it's seen from a purely business point of view. Um yeah I'm sure both will sell well unles they get underwhealming reviews.
Halo Wars is looking pretty sweet from what I can tell (not being too hyped up which is a good thing imo) and KillZone 2 looks amazing though I hope it lives up to the hype it's generating. If it can do what R2 is doing with the sense of total war as well as being a top multiplayer game, than PS3 owners will have 2 FPS that a lot of 360 owners would love to own. And the 360 is the FPS console of choice. Graphically I still think Gears 2 still looks better mostly due to the texture work.
As for those who say RTS don't work on consoles, I actually found Kanes Wrath quite intuitive. Apparently Red Alert 3 is even more so. Still I don't understand why there is no official keyboard and mouse support for the 360.
