I have all three and use 360 as my main one.
360 seems to get almost all the good harder core games, the media integration is great with a Vista PC, and XBox Live is excellent.
I got the Sony 1st party exclusives and MGS4.. PS3 just seems like a computer too much to me. And I've had a lot of bad customer experiences with it.
The Wii, its fun, and I use it as my party console when people that aren't gamers come over and want to try their shot at games.
