I work at a computer repair store. If I were to snap and bring a sawed off shotgun to work and start shooting, these would be the people in the line of fire:

1) Customers who will not shut up. Being friendly is one thing, but if I am trying to figure out what the problem is and the customer is giving me a bunch of information I did not ask for about how her pet cat bubbles looked at the monitor for 3 hours last night and this bantering goes on for 5 min.

2) Customers who think they know more about computers than we do. If a customer brings in a computer for a shop to work on it, they do not know as much as we do.

3) Customers who use company critical systems to surf the web and check emails on. Then the boss complains about how long we have to keep the computer to remove the viruses and how thier business cannot do any transactions until they get it back.

4) Customers who think the warranty on the computer they bought should cover Windows errors and virus infections.

5) Customers who bring back thier computers after we finished working on it and expect us to fix an unrelated issue for free.

6) Customers who do not want to pay the minimum labor cost because they think the repair was fast/easy. Part of that labor time covers the time the employee talked to your dumb ***.

7) Customers who thinks it is unreasonable for us to charge extra to work on thier computer now. I'm sorry, I did not realize the world revolved around you and that we should drop everything to work on your computer.

8) Customers who tell us our stock is too expensive. Yes you can get it cheaper on newegg and tigerdirect, they don't have the costs a shop in the middle of broadway does. Whe charge standard markups.

9) Customers who believe that we should fix everything for free if thier computer cannot access the internet or if the cannot recieve email if they use us as an ISP. We are only accountable for the service, not the phone line and not the computer/Windows. We do a lot of free work for our customers, but there are limits.

10) Customers who think they should be treated special. I cannot treat anyone special. The customer just will have to wait until I can consult with the manager.

I honestly did not think I would make it to ten. If you work retail, feel free to add you iritants to the list.

edit: I forgot to finish 9
