Yahoo thought they had it made with the Google ad deal. But, Google pulled away because of regulation concerns and warnings they would be hauled to court.
Now Yahoo is a lame duck sitting there. Unless Microsoft acquires Yahoo, expect them to disappear eventually. Its kind of a pity... I liked Yahoo...
