Goes to show you that MS followed Sony suit in system quality. I wonder how many people re-bought ps2 due to defects. Everyone knows about ps1 first generation systems all freezing/overheating. So congrats MS for releasing a bugged system that pisses your costumers off. At least they took the balls to pay for the repairs/shipping new systems to their customers for free. I remember when my ps1 first generation was about 2 months past the warranty and they informed me that I would have to pay $75 dollars. They didn't fix anything but did ship me a new system which I suppose was the second generation ps1. Nothing against these two companies but they need to realize they better ship a system that hardly ever croaks.
