I think it will do well this X-mas and possibly next but thats as far as it is going to go. By next X-mas ('08) there are going to be two consoles at least with 20 million install base and possibly a third depending on how things go (unlikely as it may seem now). So developers will start to shift support over to the new consoles agressively during early to mid '08. Aside from that I think a lot of the very late adoption crowd is just as likely to buy a used PS2 as they are a new one.
