How often do u think it is partial where the female could have prevented it? Like not going to clubs alone, not walking alone at night, not being alone with a guy at party?
I am not saying it is the females fault by any means, I am just wondering how many of these are "forced" rape... Like they were being cautious and were kidnapped or whatever.

360- 37 million Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
