I don't hate 1up, I will say that they do seem very fanboyish. I also don't hate metacritic, it shows me a games reviews all in one site. Oh and I fixed that to u. I don't see many PS3 fans having the amount of 90% + games in their sig or making threads about so and so console having so and so AAA games by the end of the year.

Ya but recently we been getting a lot of 1up resistance and variety threads. Also look at Leo-J if you want to see someone with scores in the sig.

I can understand what you mean, it is getting out of hand with some users.

yea u are right, alot of people were saying alot of hateful things about 1 up when that B+ came out, like if B+ is a bad grade. I haven't seen Leo-J's sig (or havent payed attention to it) so I can't comment on that. It's not just getting out of hand with some users in VGC, its getting out of hand period. In many other forums I frequent, users are like this, and now, some of my RL friends are starting to become "rating whores" and checking metacritic for each and every game and they don't even go to forums/blogs.
