Thats how i felt about the Beta, It just wasn't my cup of tea, to much to do for a spiff of results.
The article also says: " If you consider yourself a "casual gamer" who enjoys customizing avatars, side-scrolling puzzler-adventures similar to Super Mario Bros, and have time to devote hours to designing levels, then LBP is for you"
Kind of defeats the whole casual aspect of a casual gamer.
