I believe they are both 95s like IGN said. Reviews are important because good review scores lead to hype for the consoles that they are on, and bad review scores for games lead to lower sales. IGN seems to be one of the least biased review sites out there while quite a few of the other sites are still very heavily pro-360 biased. I think its because the 360 is an American console and these publications are trying to put forth the idea that American games are the best. Also it seems easier for some reviewers to be able to overemphasize the importance of some rather sophomoric games while feeling compelled to rate games that require a more discriminating palate to enjoy a little lower than they should be rated.
