Yes, but you see he hasn't been signed up to develop any PS3 games since he left Techno either.
He doesn't want to work on the 360 because of the limitations of the disc sizes and he doesn't want to work on the PS3 because of the complexity of its architecture. He might make a Wii game because one article that I've read about him says he was impressed with the new level of interaction that the Wii can bring to games but the same article also says that he wants to be able to work on the most powerful console on the market.
It could be that we won't see anything new from Itagaki till the next gen.
