At some B&M stores (Gamestop, I think?) they have actual code-bearing cards that they will give you at the time of pre-order.

called my Local Gamestop, the said they have no more Keys to give out, told me they got an Email stating no more Free keys will be given out.

So I went to Amazon and got it for $36.99

And they will give me the Free Key.

Right on.  In Canada, Toys 'R' Us stores have some (if they're not all gone), which is where I got mine.

 

Damn.. I didn't even think about Toys R Us...

I guess I can wait the 5-6 days, I got the cheapie free shipping.. lol
