I'm not saying reviews matter. I'm just saying that for GotY, they do, because that's what fanboys who vote, and editors who write the reviews look at.

My personal game of the year has nothing to do with sales or reviews, and I only read reviews for their text.

I was talking about whether or not Cliffy B Dude Huge or that dude from Valve Gordon Freeman will be making the speech, thanking the fans/developers/evil Microsoft empires who they published on etc.

Thats about what I was thinking too btw.

Hard to say, but anyone who loves shooter type games this is definately the year of the 360. (Between consoles) The fact that its so hard to pick makes it really fun and interesting. Its always good to be intimidated by excellent choices rather than one or two no-brainer type decisions.
