Ready?

1. L.A. Noire is confirmed as a multiplat. It must be removed from the PS3 list. Here is one of many stories, and the game is officially listed as "coming to next generation consoles":

2. I dug up this list:

Known Games:
- Mass Effect 2
- Halo 3: Recon
- Ninety-Nine Nights 2
- Ninja Blade
- All Points Bulletin
- Halo Wars
- 2 Days to Vegas
- Project Forza 3
- Lionhead Project Dimitri (Molyneux says this project will change gaming CONFIRMED)
- Rare Project 1 (Rare always releases at least 2 games each year)
- GTA IV Episode 2
- Fallout 3 Expansion (Confirmed it’s the same size as Oblivion expansions)

- Star Ocean 4

Probable Games:
- Age of Conan Xbox 360 version (Confirmed, release date may be early 2010)
- Silicon Knights Project 1 (Announced that SK has at least 2 more Projects beside the Too Human series in development)
- Square Enix Project 1 (Rumored that Square Enix has one more unnanounced project for the Xbox 360)
- Mistwalker Project 2 (Probably early 2010, but we might get lucky).
-Warhound
-White Gold
-Dead Island

@OP: You've made this thread. I claim that these games should be included. It is your job to exclude them through research. Alan Wake and Huxley would of course, not count, because they're on PC. However games like: New Lionhead Project Dimitri should be included, as they have been confirmed for 09. Either add or discredit them.

3. You can't list games that are only exclusive in one country! Take XIII off that list. It's biased.

4. @non-OP humans: This isn't a "best library" list. It is very likely that with the PC games added in, the 360 would have a much more appealing list to the average consumer.

5. Add New Lionhead Project Dimitri.

6. Most of Microsoft's exclusives are unannounced:

MS: 360 surprises coming in 2009, most not announced

UK gaming boss says there's 'lots of great stuff' coming in 2009 that people 'don't know about'.

Xbox 360 owners can look forward to plenty of surprise titles in 2009, most of which haven't been announced, Microsoft has said.

Speaking to VideoGamer.com in an interview to be published later this week, Microsoft's UK head of gaming and entertainment Stephen McGill said that there was "lots of great stuff" coming in 2009 that people "don't know about".

7. Uncharted 2 has no confirmation on release date, and they haven't started working on it yet. Remove it. It's only been confirmed by 1 line in an interview. 2010 release most likely.

8. We need to always question these lists. This one is designed to make the 360 look bad, by setting up goalposts designed to make the PS3 look good. The 360 is probably already ahead in games for 09, if we include PC releases, and those don't even include most of the "surprises" in store. Unless Sony has stopped telling us about games 3 years in advance, we've got most of their exclusives on that list. Because....

9. ...a 2009 360 games list without Huxley and Alan Wake is an incomplete list and a poor picture of the 360s upcoming titles.

10. Release dates aren't confirmed for Twisted Metal. Nor is it officially announced, to the best of my knowledge. Remove it.

11. WKC is being released in Japan in December. Either remove XIII, which has no real release date set anyway, or remove WKC, but you actually should remove both, according to your stringant list requirements.

Conform to my will and your list will become fair and balanced.
