Hard to say. His plan is to cut spending by 25%, get out of Iraq, and focus on Afghanistan.
I am sure when all his generals tell him that 150,000 Iraqis are going to be ethnically cleansed when we leave, that he will have a hard time pulling the troops out.
It's one thing to say you are going to do something, it's entirely different to know your going to go to bed each night, for the rest of your life, knowing thousands of people die due to your choices.
So to answer your question. No one really knows.
