IGN slams Boogie - 4.5

The average of the individual components is 5.9. But then giving it 4.5 overall seems like a bias. I know the overall is not the same as the average, but it should be closer than a 25% difference. From all I've seen, 6 actually seems like a reasonable score to me, but not 4.5.
