Personally I doubt it, it's just old rumors resurfacing.
I think MGS4 will get trophies at some point but I think the Konami hype machine will kicks in a few months before it happens and we won't get a patch out of the blue without any warning...
PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !
PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !
