PSP is pretty safe. It won't do that well, but has developed it's own following rich in fighting games and ps2 ports.
PS3 is a question tho. If sales remain anemic through this time next year, plug pulling might be on the table. But it would be extremely unlikely as it might cause a backlash to the rest of the Sony brand. I think that they might just let PS3 stagnate until ps4 in 2010 or something.
But, at least Bluray is looking very strong, it might be a source of revenue that can cover for ps3
