Do you....have proof about his rich claim? And what significance does it have in the election? Did he change his tax plan or something?

Bill Richardson misspoke in one television interview last week and said 120k instead of 250k . 

Conservatives started shouting:  "See, Obama changed his rich definition and wants to raise everyone's taxes."
