The Wii version will surly have better motion support probably using the light gun and the motion sensing features - it may be the best version to get !. One good thing about Mirrors edge is there is not so much shooting - which is good because trying to aim with a thumbstick is so slow and awkward compared to the speed and precision of a mouse. |
I think you've mistaken what motion controls are. Motions controls are swinging the Wiimote to play Wii tennis or shaking to make Mario spin in Galaxy. The equivalent of the mouse in Wii games is provided by the IR pointer not the motion controls (like in Metroid Prime 3).
Also, there is no Wii version of that game but like you said shooting is not the point of the game so it shouldn't matter that much.
