Think of it this way. The company becomes DEA, the casual division is already taken care of, as Disney Interactive has some success with that, but it's likely Disney will allow working IPs, even the mature ones to stay, since Disney has stated the want a bigger foothold in the gamin industry. What better way to get a foothold than the House of Madden meeting the House of Mouse?
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
