You're blowing smoke. If CliffB really said anything on the lines of GeOW3 being "locked down" to Microsoft, the article would have been very easy to find. Now stop making excuses. No one is dumb enough to believe this "OMG! CliffB did so many interviews and I can't find it on the internet" crap.

There's a very good chance Gears3 will stay 360 exclusive, but it has nothing to do with your lie.

It's CLEARLY a lop sided deal favored toward you, but since I know for a fact that CliffB has never mentioned anything about GeOW3 being locked down for Microsoft in a legit interview/article, I'm more than happy to make the bet. I just want to see if you have the balls to step by your words.
