I was wondering if anyone can help.
I've had my PS3 on an HDTV for a long time, but I recently got booted off of it. I've trying to set it up on my old regular TV, but I have been having ALOT of problems and don't know what to do. Basically, nothing. I get nothing on it. I only have the component cables (the one with 5 prongs), so I think that might be an issue, but I remember playing my PS3 on a regular TV a while back and I can't figure out what I did. Am I able to use PS2 cables, or is there a trick. Also, I tried the resetting display thing, but no go. Now it doesn't even display on the HDTV, I only get the sound.
Is Sony trying to punish people who are switching TVs?
