They've announced some stuff.
Announced: Halo 3: Recon, Forza 3, Alan Wake, Lips.
Unannounced: X360TrimAndSlim, X360Sport ...yness, X360PlayMoreCasualStuff, and BigLittleWorld.
There you have it, the big exclusives lineup for 2009. I couldn't help myself. ;)
I'm eager to play X360Sportyness myself. I hear that's fun with friends -- you use your own X360 avatar you know! Sadly, you have to buy a $50 attachment and all your friends have to bring over their HDDs if they want to use their own avatars.
