@OP: Don't mean to nit-pick, but don't you mean WW5?
My reasoning is this: Cold War = WWIII. "War on Terrorism" = WW4. Next worldwide conflict = WW5.
I see WW5 happening if America is crippled militarily. Iran (or another Arab nation) will attack Israel and Nations will choose sides. Russia and China will likely be with the Arabs. Euro nations will be split between the two. America will hopefully be behind Israel but if they are at a state where this would happen to begin with... it might not help much. Pakistan will look to make a grab at the chaos. But the end will be Armageddon... Russia/China marches to make LARGE grabs of power in the area and the end result will be catastrophic.
