How many people do you think are completely in the dark about what console does what, which is more powerful, which console has what features and reads only game reviews?

And for what I'm sure isn't the last time, it's not that the framerate is capped at 30FPS, it's that it's capped at 30FPS and still has framerate issues beyond that.
