Family Guy has some golden episodes that are almost The Simpsons quality.

But it also has some completely meaningless episodes, that have no real story, and that just have people being constant idiots. Well, episodes that have a lot of Stewie and Brian, but not a lot of anyone else tend to be funny.

The later episodes of the Simpsons have had some of the same issues, except that there are few bad ones and many great ones (in the earlier all were awesome).

 

BTW, does anyone know how many have seen each show, how many DVD's have been sold or anything? I 've tried to find out but haven't managed to.
