This means that around 200 million people can vote, and if your 125M number is true, then that means that 62.5% vote. I think I recall that in western Europe that number is at around 70%, but that doesn't account for people who cannot get there, so I think it's pretty close (with western Europe a bit higher than Americas).

Yeah, I mistook the 2 out of 5 but it doesn't matter... With 300M people, 200M can easily vote... 125 out of 200 it's way too few people...
125M is this year, which is said to be a record... Dunno where I read it (somewhere in the net)...
