Crysis is the Top Dog. KZ2 and GeoW2 are "crappy" looking compared to Crysis, and Crysis makes mince meat out of them.

 

Farcry 2 scales better on high end setups I think the engine nod goes it it.

But hey, Theres always Stalker, and even Oblivion (With mods)/Fallout 3 to give the nod to.
