Splitfish FragFX. Currently the only hybrid stick/mouse controller in circulation, unfortunately, not currently in production, and only made as a wired controller.
Not a replacement for HTPC applications, as you still need a keyboard for the PC half. Not usable as there are no officially supported Windows drivers available. And did I not mention it's wired?
Wireless version was supposed to be released months ago. No word from Splitfish.
Had one for less than a week before RMAing it since it wasn't working properly. QC not the best. Not made of quality components. The reason there's still demand for it is because mouse aiming does provide an advantage in FPS games when playing online against standard controller players when the peripheral is working properly.
For home theater, Windows Media Center remotes are available, but do require the installation of an IR input panel and receiver. They work fine although only when WMC is open, meaning you still need the keyboard to initially power up the system before pushing the WMC button on the remote to open the program.
