Did you mod it yourself?
MS isn't going to help you but there are some kits you can purchase out there that are supposed to fix RROD. If you have the technical know how you can do it yourself or maybe look to the person who modded it for you and see if they will repair it for a fee.
I don't mess with the 360 but I've done some minor repairs and replacements of components on my original Xbox. I have very minimal soldering skills and technical prowess but was able to do it myself. Check out xbox-scene.com and you'll more than likely find what out what you need to.
