Home Theater PC, otherwise known as a media center PC. Basically a quiet-running PC that you use as a media hub, and for playing and streaming music and movies.

'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
