All Nintendo has to do is make people thing they are doing a price cut.....what they will do is stop bundling it with Wii Sport and charge $200 for it. Then everyone will be saying "Hey look it's only $200, but the smart will say "You have to buy a game though". But if they put Wii Sports on the Milllon seller and drop the price to 20 that would be cool.
If I was Nintendo I would want to be able to sell the Wii, 2 Wiimotes, 2 Nunchucks and Wii Sports for $199.99. I don't know if they can reduce the production costs by that much but if they could the system would fly off of the shelves at that price. Part of the reason for this is it would be a throwback to the NES and SNES days where you could buy a system with two controllers and a game for a reasonable price; it makes a good gift for most families because it is not too expensive and there is not (immediate) need to make additional purchases to put it under the tree.
