Wow, wtf, MS think of your own stuff for once please.

*sigh*

I really hate it when MS does this, bums me out. Then again, it was deemed to happen sometime soon.

Edit: I'm glad it's not a straight rip-off though, that would really upset me.  Atleast this is different in it's own sorta way.

enjoying your "trophies"?

The idea of trophies is universal - a veriation of trophies exists in the PS2 R&C games, there you have skill points. It's true Sony added it after MS, but they didn't copy anything - it's too universal to be copied.

Sure, because game oriented programming languages (accompanied by GUIs to make things even easier in more recent products) are not universal at all... except for Game Maker, M.U.G.E.N, Adventure Game Studio, The Games Factory, Klik and Play, the RPG maker family, Blitz BASIC, AMOS basic and STOS basic. Nope this is not an universal idea at all and was all invented by Sony and stolen by Microsoft .

And that is not including the myriads of PC games with level editors, which is what LBP is closer to (though LBP's level editor is really spiffy, powerful and has a cool interface).

@Shadowblind: to my current knowledge some of the first game creators were on  the Atari ST (STOS) in the second half of the 80's but I wouldn't be surprised if there were even older ones on other platforms.
