PS3. Sony's first party offerings are immense, while many of Microsoft's "exclusives" will make there way to the ps3 eventually (look at Bioshock and Eternal Sonata. Tales of Vesperia and Star Ocean 4, among others, will likely follow the same fate).
Look at this:
WipEout HD came out last month.
Socom: Confrontation came out two weeks ago.
LittleBigPlanet and MotorStorm: Pacific Rift came out this past week.
Resistance 2 comes out next week.
Killzone 2 comes out in February (as a beta tester I can safely say it kicks ass), and White Knight Chronicles should be localized sometime around then, as it hits Japan in December.
InFamous follows in May.
Uncharted 2, Ratchet & Clank Future 2, and God of War 3 should all hit at the end of the year (the first two are guaranteed, the last one not so much).
These games are all published by Sony, most developed internally, and thus will ALWAYS be exclusive to the ps3. You'll have to buy a ps3 to play them, while you'll eventually be able to play many of the 360's "exclusives" on your ps3.
