That's a slap in the face to Republicans.
And they are absolutely right about John McCain being as inauthentic as possible this campaign for a guy who usually runs on its authenticity. It has genuinely baffled me. The people running his campaign must not understand McCain at all and think the only people worth pleasing is the Republican base and that you can just fool the rest of the country into voting for you.
