spore is a good example of uniqueness. its the only game out there that lets you actually create the main character (though its for a useless purpose).
of course lbp is up there for the sheer power of its level creator.
i would say de blob is rather cute and unappreciated for its unique idea. :P
the upcoming fat princess is going to be good too.
