This is a little depressing. I consider myself a JRPG fan, but the reality is I only really play mainly Square / Enix games. I'll get to the others when I have time, really -_-
Btw, song #6 - thank you for this. It's the first RPG I fully played through, easily one of my all time favs, so nostalgic 
I'll send the answers a bit later, there are 1 or 2 songs that sound familiar, hopefully the game will pop up in my head sometime.
